This is a of dual-limb active exhalation valves (AEV) designed for use with Trilogy Evo and Trilogy EV300 hospital ventilators.
The Philips Respironics Dual Limb Active Exhalation Valve is an accessory for dual limb circuits. It closes during inspiration and opens during exhalation to channel airflow into the expiratory limb, allowing for proper venting outside the breathing circuit. Intended for multi-patient use, the valve should be cleaned and disinfected or sterilized between uses on different patients
