Yes — the ResMed AirFit F30i Complete Mask System includes everything for this price: the frame, the under-the-nose cushion, the quick-release elbow, and the headgear, all together in one complete system. You\\\'ll simply select your frame and cushion size from the size options. To use it, you\\\'ll need your own CPAP machine and tubing (not included), and a prescription is required. The AirFit F30i connects the tube at the top of the head, so it works well for side and stomach sleepers and leaves a clear line of sight for reading or watching TV.
