We truly appreciate you thinking of us. Unfortunately, we\\\'re not able to accept or exchange previously issued masks — even unopened ones. CPAP masks are prescription, single-user items, so by law and for hygiene reasons we can only supply new, sealed products directly. We know that\\\'s not the answer you were hoping for, and we\\\'re sorry the large masks can\\\'t be put to use.
