ResMed AirCurve™ 11 ASV with HumidAir™ 11 and ClimateLineAir™ 11 is a premium adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) therapy system designed for patients with central sleep apnea (CSA), complex sleep apnea, mixed apneas, and periodic breathing disorders. This advanced BiPAP device continuously monitors breathing patterns and automatically adjusts pressure support on a breath-by-breath basis to stabilize ventilation and improve therapy effectiveness.

Unlike traditional CPAP or standard bilevel devices, the AirCurve 11 ASV dynamically adapts both inspiratory and expiratory pressures (IPAP/EPAP) as well as pressure support to maintain synchronized and natural breathing throughout the night. This makes it ideal for patients who require advanced respiratory support and precise ventilation control.

The integrated HumidAir™ 11 heated humidifier works together with the ClimateLineAir™ 11 heated tubing to provide automatic Climate Control, maintaining optimal temperature and humidity levels. This helps reduce dryness, nasal irritation, and condensation (“rainout”) for maximum comfort during therapy.

The device also features a modern touchscreen interface, Easy-Breathe™ waveform technology, AutoRamp™, SmartStart™/SmartStop™, advanced leak compensation, and built-in wireless connectivity with Bluetooth® support and the myAir™ app for therapy tracking and coaching.
