About this mask

The AirTouch F30i Clear is the newest model in the F30i full face line, bringing two innovations together:

• Transparent frame — an optical-grade clear frame with internal dual air channels that distribute airflow symmetrically to both sides of the cushion; low-profile and modern-looking.
• ComfiSoft™ cushion with AdaptiSeal™ — a dual-layer seal: a breathable, moisture-wicking silicone-coated fabric (ComfiSoft) over a flexible AdaptiSeal silicone core. It adapts to the face and flexes as you move, staying soft without rigid plastic at the seal point — gentle on skin, cooler, and less marking than plain silicone. The UltraCompact cushion sits under the nose (over the mouth), so there’s no nasal-bridge pressure and a clear field of view.

It’s a full face mask (covers the mouth as well), so it suits mouth breathers and people with nasal congestion, but in a minimal, low-profile form. The tube-up design connects at the top of the head with a 360° quick-release elbow — the hose stays out of the way so you can sleep on your side, back, or stomach. QuietAir™ venting keeps it quiet (~20 dBA). In ResMed’s setup studies, 97.1% of patients rated it easy or very easy to fit and adjust.

Shared F30i / X30i platform (and one caution)

The AirTouch F30i Clear is built on the same F30i/X30i platform as the AirFit F30i and AirFit X30i — frame geometry, magnetic clips, and elbow/swivel are mechanically identical, so frames and headgear are interchangeable across these magnetic-variant masks.

Important caution: while the cushions may physically click across the F30i and X30i frames, ResMed has not clinically validated cross-using cushions between models (each has its own venting and CO₂-washout design). Use each cushion with its intended mask.

Important: magnets & implants

This mask uses magnetic headgear clips. Magnets are contraindicated for some people — including those with certain active implants (pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, CSF shunts, insulin/infusion pumps) or metallic implants/objects (aneurysm clips, stents, metallic eye fragments, certain ocular/hearing implants).
