Description
Quick answer: This is the genuine ResMed AirTouch N20 frame system — it includes the soft, flexible frame, the quick-release elbow, and the plush UltraSoft™ memory-foam cushion — but without headgear. It’s the cost-effective way to refresh your frame and foam cushion when your headgear is still good. Note: the AirTouch uses a memory-foam cushion (the AirFit N20 uses silicone); this frame is shared between the two. Magnetic clips. Headgear not included.
What’s included
- 1 × AirTouch N20 frame (soft, flexible, with magnetic clips)
- 1 × quick-release elbow (with short tube)
- 1 × UltraSoft™ memory-foam cushion (in your selected size)
Not included: headgear.
Confirm cushion size and exact contents against your packaging.
About this part
This frame system is the structural core of the AirTouch N20 nasal mask plus the foam cushion, supplied without headgear. It gives you everything that seals and connects — the frame, the quick-release elbow, and the UltraSoft™ memory-foam cushion — ready to pair with headgear you already own.
- UltraSoft™ memory-foam cushion — the AirTouch’s signature: a plush foam cushion that conforms gently to the face, prized as one of the softest-feeling seals available, especially for sensitive skin or anyone who gets red marks from silicone. (Foam is a little more delicate than silicone and is typically replaced somewhat more often.)
- Soft, flexible frame — sits below the eyes and adapts to different facial types, with a wide, open field of view (easy for glasses, reading, or TV).
- Quick-release elbow — disconnect from the tubing at night without taking the mask off.
- Magnetic clips — guide the headgear to the frame in two simple snaps (headgear sold separately).
Buying the frame system with the foam cushion but without headgear is the economical choice when your headgear is still good but the frame or foam cushion is worn — much cheaper than a complete new mask.
AirTouch (foam) or AirFit (silicone)? The AirTouch N20 and AirFit N20 share the same frame and headgear — they differ only in the cushion. The AirTouch uses this UltraSoft memory-foam cushion; the AirFit uses a silicone InfinitySeal cushion. Because the frame is shared, you can switch between foam and silicone by changing the cushion.
Important: magnets & implants
The N20 uses magnetic headgear clips. Magnets are contraindicated for some people — including those with certain metallic implants (e.g. aneurysm clips), metallic eye fragments, or electronic implanted devices (pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, shunts, pumps). If this applies to you or anyone in close contact with your mask, follow the magnet contraindications in the mask’s user guide and consult your physician. (A non-magnetic N20 option may be available — contact us.)

Frequently asked questions
What’s included?
The frame, the quick-release elbow, and the UltraSoft memory-foam cushion — without headgear. Confirm the cushion size against the packaging.
Does it include headgear?
No — headgear is separate. The AirFit/AirTouch N20 headgear (shared) is sold separately.
What’s special about the AirTouch cushion?
It’s UltraSoft memory foam rather than silicone — an exceptionally soft seal, especially good for sensitive skin or if silicone leaves marks. Foam is a bit more delicate and replaced more often.
How is it different from the AirFit N20?
Same frame and headgear; the AirTouch uses a foam cushion, the AirFit a silicone one. You can switch by changing the cushion.
Do I need a prescription?
Sellers vary — a frame system without headgear is often sold without a prescription. Contact us if you’re unsure.
Can I get it delivered in Brooklyn or shipped nationwide?
Yes — Stark Medical Supplies offers local pickup and delivery in Brooklyn and across NYC, plus USPS shipping throughout the continental U.S.
Use this part with your ResMed AirTouch N20 / AirFit N20 mask according to the mask’s user guide. The N20 uses magnets — follow the magnet contraindications in the user guide.
