Description
Quick answer: This is the genuine ResMed replacement InfinitySeal™ cushion for the AirFit F20 full face mask — the adaptive silicone cushion that gives the F20 its forgiving fit across a wide range of faces. The cushion is the part that seals against the face and wears fastest, so replacing it on schedule is the single most effective way to stop leaks and stop over-tightening your headgear. Frame and headgear not included.
What’s included
- 1 × AirFit F20 InfinitySeal cushion
Frame and headgear not included.
About this part
The cushion does the actual sealing work on the mask, and it’s a consumable by design. The F20’s InfinitySeal™ cushion is engineered to adapt to a wide range of facial contours and to seal across the range of therapy pressures — which is a big part of why the F20 fits so many people in just a few sizes.
But silicone softens, stretches, and loses its shape with nightly use, facial oils, and repeated washing. The wear is gradual, so most people don’t notice the cushion itself — they notice they’re tightening the headgear more and more to stop leaks. That’s the tell: the straps aren’t the problem, the seal is. A fresh cushion restores the original adaptive fit at normal strap tension.
This is the silicone InfinitySeal cushion for the AirFit F20. (The AirTouch F20, which shares the F20 frame, uses a memory-foam UltraSoft cushion instead — that’s a different cushion.)

Care & replacement
Wash the cushion daily in warm water with a mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight — facial oils degrade silicone fastest. Replace it roughly every 1–3 months, or sooner if it feels sticky or stiff, looks cloudy or discoloured, has lost its shape, or if you find yourself tightening the headgear to stop leaks.
Frequently asked questions
What’s included?
The Medium cushion only — the frame and headgear are not included.
Which mask does it fit?
The ResMed AirFit F20 full face mask.
How do I know is my size?
Match your current cushion size — it’s often printed on the cushion. If you’re between sizes or unsure, use the ResMed AirFit F20 sizing guide, or contact us.
Is this the same as the AirTouch F20 cushion?
No — the AirFit F20 uses this silicone InfinitySeal cushion; the AirTouch F20 uses a memory-foam UltraSoft cushion. They share the frame, but the cushions are different.
How often should I replace it?
Commonly every 1–3 months, or sooner if it’s discoloured, misshapen, sticky, or leaking.
My mask leaks — do I need a whole new mask?
Usually not. A worn cushion is the most common cause of leaks, and replacing it costs a fraction of a new mask.
Do I need a prescription?
Replacement cushions are generally available without a prescription. Contact us if you’re unsure.
Can I get it delivered in Brooklyn or shipped nationwide?
Yes — Stark Medical Supplies offers local pickup and delivery in Brooklyn and across NYC, plus USPS shipping throughout the continental U.S.
Use this part with your ResMed AirFit F20 mask according to the mask’s user guide.

Hi Steve,
First off — congratulations on losing 80 pounds. That\\\'s a real achievement, and it\\\'s wonderful to hear your therapy needs have changed for the better.
We truly appreciate you thinking of us. Unfortunately, we\\\'re not able to accept or exchange previously issued masks — even unopened ones. CPAP masks are prescription, single-user items, so by law and for hygiene reasons we can only supply new, sealed products directly. We know that\\\'s not the answer you were hoping for, and we\\\'re sorry the large masks can\\\'t be put to use.
What we can do: we\\\'d be glad to help you get set up with the right size Medium mask, and we\\\'ll give you a courtesy discount to help with the switch. If you\\\'d like a memory-foam-style cushion, we can show you a few options and find the best fit.
Since you\\\'re right down the block, the easiest thing is to give us a quick call and we\\\'ll take care of you: (646) 933-0080.
Thanks again, Steve — and congratulations again.
Warm regards,
