ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto with HumidAir and ClimateLineAir is a premium bilevel (BiPAP) therapy system designed for patients who require higher pressure support and more advanced sleep apnea treatment. The device combines ResMed’s intelligent VAuto algorithm with Easy-Breathe technology to deliver personalized therapy that adapts to natural breathing patterns throughout the night.

The integrated HumidAir™ heated humidifier works together with the ClimateLineAir™ heated tube to provide automatic Climate Control temperature and humidity management. This helps reduce dryness, nasal irritation, and condensation (“rainout”) inside the tubing and mask for a more comfortable therapy experience.

The VAuto algorithm automatically adjusts inspiratory and expiratory pressure levels based on the patient’s breathing needs, while the Easy-Breathe waveform mimics natural respiration to improve comfort and synchrony between the user and the device.
